Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense statements
Support bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
Help with monthly and annual financial closing
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good to Have:
Internship or practical exposure in accounting
Knowledge of MS Excel
Willingness to learn and grow in a finance role
