Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategies, managing a cross-functional team, and driving measurable results across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and owned channels.

    • Build quarterly and monthly digital marketing plans with defined KPIs.

  • Team Management & Coordination:

    • Lead and mentor a team of specialists in SEO, PPC, content, email marketing, and social media.

    • Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, designers, and external partners.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    • Oversee the planning, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.

    • Guide content and creative strategy to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

    • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).

    • Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

    • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and industry benchmarks.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.

  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, CRM platforms, and automation tools.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, or similar platforms.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or startup environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
