Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage payroll processing and ensure complete statutory compliance, including GST TDS, PF, PT, and ESI filings. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with financial software, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory for effective coordination with local departments and compliance authorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary inputs, deductions, and reconciliation.

  • Ensure accurate computation and timely filing of TDS, PF, PT, and ESI as per statutory regulations.

  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly returns, challans, and other compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments for statutory audits and inspections.

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial and compliance records.

  • Utilize Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software for day-to-day accounting and reporting.

  • Prepare detailed reports and financial analysis using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

  • Uphold a strong sense of ownership and accountability in meeting compliance deadlines and maintaining accuracy.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of TDS, PF, PT, and ESI compliance and filing processes.

  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent accounting platforms.

  • Strong MS Excel skills, including data management and reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management.

  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.


Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in payroll and statutory compliance preferred.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
