Nextwebi developed a web and mobile application for Novartis Alcon to streamline sales channel operations and BTL activations. The platform featured multi-level logins for customers, sales teams, area and regional heads, and admins. With performance-linked rewards, sales teams were incentivized to complete activations, while managers and admins could track real-time data, monitor progress at outlet and regional levels, and ensure operational efficiency.

Novartis - Alcon is a global leader in eye care innovation, dedicated to developing life-changing vision products that help people “see brilliantly.” Their work spans vision correction, surgical devices, and responsible business practices — all with a focus on sustainability, patient outcomes, and scientific research.
Nextwebi collaborated with Novartis Alcon to design and develop a powerful, user-friendly web and mobile application that streamlined their BTL activation, sales tracking, and customer engagement. The primary objective was to build a multi-login platform with dedicated modules for customers, sales teams, regional heads, area heads, and administrators — ensuring transparency, accountability, and real-time monitoring.
Our team created a clean and intuitive interface with seamless workflows tailored for Alcon’s field sales operations. The customer module allowed users to enter scratch card codes and win redeemable coupons, while the sales module supported on-ground BTL activities such as poster installations, display setups, product placements, and event promotions. Field executives could capture photos of completed installations, upload them in real-time, and mark tasks as completed, enabling performance tracking and reward allocation.
To strengthen engagement and ensure scalability, the admin, regional, and area head logins provided real-time dashboards for monitoring sales activities, tracking installations, and managing reward programs. On the backend, we developed a robust admin system with data analytics and reporting, ensuring complete visibility into campaigns and sales operations. By integrating automation and gamification features, the platform improved accountability, enhanced team motivation, and drove stronger retail and consumer engagement for Novartis Alcon.
