What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate qualified leads across Indian markets for all service verticals
  • Research and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online platforms
  • Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, startups, and enterprises across India
  • Maintain and manage a healthy domestic sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with service offerings
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
  • Understand client pain points and map them to relevant services such as cybersecurity, AI solutions, or digital marketing
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales in the IT or digital services industry
  • Proven experience generating leads within the Indian market is a must
  • Familiarity with Indian business culture, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes across industries
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Indiamart, Justdial, or similar
  • Good understanding of IT services (ecommerce, ERP, CRM, custom software, AI), digital marketing, and/or cybersecurity concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
