ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Creative Marketing & Growth Lead, you will own NextWebi's brand presence and content strategy.
You won't just post on social media — you'll think, plan, create, execute, and measure.
Your job is to make NextWebi one of the most visible, credible, and sought-after IT solutions companies in our space.
You will work directly with the founder and have strong creative ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Study NextWebi's projects, services, solutions, and client work deeply
• Research competitors, industry trends, and market positioning
• Build monthly content strategies and campaign ideas
• Create LinkedIn content around case studies, tech expertise, company growth, and client success stories
• Create Instagram reels, carousels, and visual storytelling content
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and outreach sequences
• Convert project deliveries, milestones, and testimonials into engaging content
• Build content series and recurring brand formats
• Grow NextWebi's LinkedIn presence and improve brand visibility
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams for lead generation
• Help build the founder's personal brand online
• Track engagement, leads, and marketing performance
WHO YOU ARE
• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, branding, or creative marketing
• Strong English writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling content
• Understanding of B2B buyers like CTOs, founders, and IT decision-makers
• Hands-on with Canva, Figma, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and basic video editing
• Self-driven and idea-oriented mindset
• Understanding of IT services, SaaS, ERP, cloud, or digital transformation industries
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
• NOT an SEO/SEM/PPC role
• NOT a pure graphic designer role
• NOT a “schedule posts and go home” role
This role requires ownership, creativity, execution, and strategic thinking.
HOW WE'LL EVALUATE YOU
Shortlisted candidates will receive a small assignment based on a real-world business scenario involving content creation, campaign thinking, and storytelling.
