Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) who will act as a key communication bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams. This role is critical in understanding client requirements, converting them into clear proposals, estimates, and solution documents, and supporting the sales closure process.
This is not a backend documentation role — it is a client-facing, ownership-driven position.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Communication & Requirement Analysis

Interact directly with clients, founders, CTOs, and business stakeholders

Understand business objectives, workflows, and pain points

Conduct requirement discussions, discovery calls, and solution walkthroughs
-
Prepare BRD, FRD, scope documents, and feature breakdowns
🔹 Proposal & Pre-Sales Support

Create professional proposals, SOWs, cost estimates, and timelines
-
Work closely with sales and technical teams to define:

Customize proposals based on industry, budget, and client maturity
🔹 Sales Enablement & Deal Support

Support the sales team during:
-
Assist in pricing discussions and negotiation support
-
Maintain proposal versions, client feedback, and approval tracking
🔹 Internal Coordination

Act as a single point of clarity between clients and delivery teams
-
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams
-
Clarify scope, assumptions, and exclusions before project kickoff
-
Support delivery teams during initial sprint planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
🎯 Must-Have

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Analyst / Techno-Commercial Analyst

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with IT services, software development, or digital agencies

Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional documentation

Good understanding of:

Web & mobile applications
-
APIs, databases, basic system architecture

Agile / SDLC concepts
🌟 Good-to-Have (Big Plus)

Experience in AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or custom software projects

Exposure to pricing models, effort estimation, and project costing

Familiarity with tools like:
