Techsol Engineers is an authorized distributor of precision industrial products for fluid process and instrumentation applications, representing globally recognized brands such as DK-LOK, Tubacex, Honeywell, Alfa Laval, Anderson Negele, and KSB. Its enterprise clients include Adani Gas, Indian Oil, Wipro, Tata, and Coca-Cola across oil and gas, heavy industry, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and utilities.
Selling specification-grade industrial products carries demands ordinary ecommerce was never built for. The products are technical, chosen on grade, pressure, temperature, and compatibility rather than appearance. The buyers are engineers and procurement officers who evaluate against application parameters before specifying. The pricing is confidential, tied to each account's tier and relationship. And the orders are reviewed against stock and specification, not placed instantly. Techsol brought the build to Nextwebi to create a platform shaped around these realities.
Nextwebi designed and developed a fully customized B2B ecommerce platform that supports the complete procurement journey—from product discovery to order fulfillment. Rather than adapting a generic online store, the platform was engineered specifically around Techsol's industrial distribution model and purchasing workflow.
The solution combines a publicly accessible product catalogue with member-gated pricing, allowing engineers and procurement teams to research products without exposing commercially sensitive pricing. Verified members gain access to account-specific pricing, bulk ordering capabilities, quotation requests, secure payments, and order tracking through a dedicated procurement portal.
Behind the scenes, the application integrates directly with Zoho Inventory, synchronizing products, stock availability, and approved orders in real time. A centralized administration console enables Techsol to manage products, members, approvals, pricing tiers, and operational workflows from one platform.
Bringing Techsol's industrial distribution business online required far more than launching a standard ecommerce website. The platform needed to support technical product information, private pricing, structured quotation workflows, inventory synchronization, and multiple buyer types while maintaining a seamless purchasing experience.
Techsol's products span fluid process equipment, instrumentation, gas detection systems, heat exchange solutions, and industrial connectivity products. Each category required unique specifications, certifications, technical attributes, and presentation formats that generic ecommerce templates could not support.
Pricing varies by negotiated commercial agreements and customer tiers. The challenge was to keep the complete product catalogue publicly searchable while restricting pricing visibility to authenticated members based on approved pricing tiers.
Direct industrial buyers and dealer accounts needed to operate through one shared platform while receiving different pricing structures, permissions, and commercial terms without maintaining separate systems.
Orders were previously managed through email and phone conversations, resulting in incomplete requests, manual price confirmations, disconnected approvals, and limited visibility into order status.
Product information and inventory already existed in Zoho. Maintaining duplicate catalogues inside a separate ecommerce platform was impractical, making live two-way synchronization essential for stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
Nextwebi engineered a fully integrated B2B commerce ecosystem consisting of a public discovery catalogue, a secure member procurement portal, and a centralized administration console. Every layer operates on a shared data foundation connected directly to Zoho Inventory, allowing product information, stock availability, pricing, approvals, and order fulfillment to remain synchronized across the business.
Visitors can freely browse the complete product catalogue with detailed technical specifications while commercial pricing remains protected behind member authentication.
Verified buyers access personalized pricing, build bulk purchase requests, submit quotations, manage orders, and monitor procurement activities through a dedicated account portal.
A structured quotation workflow replaces manual email coordination, allowing procurement requests to move through verification, approval, payment, and fulfillment using standardized business processes.
The administration platform centralizes catalogue management, account administration, pricing, approvals, and order processing while maintaining live synchronization with Zoho Inventory.
