Dynamatic Technologies is one of India's leading aerospace and precision engineering manufacturers, with expertise spanning aerospace, defence, hydraulics, automotive, metallurgy, and UAV systems. As the organization expanded its operations and digital presence, it needed a scalable, high-performance web platform that could manage large volumes of business-critical content while holding to the reliability, security, and user experience expected of a global engineering enterprise.
The company wanted a centralized digital platform that would let internal teams manage website content on their own, streamline day-to-day publishing, and adapt as the business evolved.
As Dynamatic grew across multiple business divisions, managing its digital content became far more complex. The existing website was neither flexible nor scalable enough to handle frequent updates, which created inefficiencies and left the business dependent on developers for routine changes. Dynamatic needed an enterprise-grade platform that could simplify content management without compromising performance, security, or experience. The key challenges were:
Routine updates such as publishing news, revising product information, adding certifications, and managing downloadable resources all required developer involvement, which slowed publishing to a crawl.
The site hosts products, certifications, careers, downloads, leadership profiles, research updates, and corporate announcements, each needing its own data structure, workflow, and presentation format that a standard CMS could not handle cleanly.
Outdated certifications or inconsistent information directly affect credibility, so keeping content accurate and current was essential.
Business teams needed to manage content independently through one intuitive platform, instead of routing every change through a technical team.
The platform had to support continuous growth while delivering fast load times and a consistent, responsive experience across devices and regions.
Different departments needed controlled access to specific content modules, which made secure role-based permissions and structured publishing workflows a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
The architecture had to accommodate new divisions, content types, and digital initiatives without a significant rebuild each time.
Nextwebi designed and built a fully custom, CMS-driven web platform that lets Dynamatic's internal teams manage every part of the website through a secure administration portal.
The platform uses a decoupled architecture: the frontend pulls content dynamically from the CMS, so business users can publish updates instantly without touching the core application. This separation keeps content operations independent from platform deployments, which means the marketing and communications teams can move quickly while the engineering side stays stable.
Three connected platforms
Fully dynamic and CMS-driven, responsive across every viewport, and optimized for a global audience.
A purpose-built content management interface with role-based access control.
A single view of content state, scheduling, the draft queue, and expiry alerts.
A CMS-driven public site with dynamic content rendering, a modular page structure that scales easily, and a performance-optimized architecture that stays responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
The heart of the platform, giving administrators structured control over every content type on the site, each with its own fields, validation rules, and publishing workflow:
A secure backend application built around how teams actually work: role-based access control, a rich text editor, image and document uploads, a draft/publish/schedule/archive workflow, live preview before anything goes public, user authentication, and activity tracking.
A control center that gives administrators full visibility into website operations, including published versus draft content, scheduled publications, recently updated pages, certification expiry reminders, the pending draft queue, and overall editorial workflow monitoring.
The platform was built on a scalable, API-driven architecture designed for a global enterprise:
The new platform turned Dynamatic's website into a centralized content management system and made a clear difference to how the business operates day to day.
