Nextwebi partnered with Archidply Decor to redesign and Develop the company's website into a custom, ecommerce platform built specifically for the decorative surfaces business. The engagement was scoped across the full project lifecycle, starting with discovery and UX research, then moving through information architecture, structured product catalogue development, a custom CMS build, dealer locator integration, and enquiry and sample request workflows. From the outset, the project was treated as a long-term digital foundation rather than a one-time redesign, giving Archidply Decor a platform built to scale alongside its product range and its broader ecommerce plans.
Archidply Decor had an established market position and a wide product portfolio, but its digital presence hadn't kept up. The legacy WordPress site was creating friction across customer experience, sales, and day to day internal operations.
The site had only a handful of static pages, dated design, and no real product depth. It worked more like a brochure than something customers could actually engage with.
There was no structured way for customers to browse, compare, request samples, or send in enquiries. The site brought visibility, but not leads.
Decorative surface products depend on detailed specs, finish options, application guidance, and good visuals to help buyers decide. The old site had no real framework to present any of that at scale.
Adding a product, changing a banner, updating the catalogue, all of it required developer time, which slowed marketing down considerably.
Despite a strong offline dealer network, there was no digital way for customers to locate a nearby dealer or showroom, so online interest often didn't translate into offline visits.
Marketing had very little say over the CMS, making it hard to launch new collections, publish blogs, or update certifications when the business needed to.
Nextwebi rebuilt Archidply Decor's web presence from the ground up as a scalable, ecommerce platform designed specifically for the decorative surfaces business, rather than a simple visual refresh.
A responsive, fast-loading website that showcases the full product portfolio with an intuitive browsing and comparison experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
A category-driven catalogue covering plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, acrylic surfaces, and engineered doors. Each product comes with detailed specifications, imagery, downloadable resources, and links to related products, acting as a lightweight PIM layer for the business.
An integrated workflow lets customers request samples or raise product enquiries directly from product pages, turning ordinary site visits into leads the sales team can follow up on.
A location-based dealer locator closes the gap between online browsing and offline buying, helping customers find authorized dealers and showrooms near them.
A purpose-built content management system gives the internal team full control over products, blogs, banners, certifications, and marketing content, without needing a developer for every change.
A single admin panel brings catalogue management, enquiry tracking, dealer data, and promotional content together in one place.
