Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean UI, reusable components, and modern front-end practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-quality code
- Build reusable components using React.js and Next.js
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience with React.js and Next.js
- Experience with Bootstrap and responsive UI frameworks
- Good understanding of component-based architecture
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with SEO-friendly front-end development (especially Next.js)
- Knowledge of performance optimization and lazy loading techniques
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience working with design systems
