About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our development team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have excellent frontend development skills and be capable of understanding Figma/UI/UX designs and converting them into pixel-accurate, responsive, high-performance web pages and web applications.
You should have a strong understanding of modern frontend development, reusable component architecture, responsive layouts, API integration, browser compatibility, performance optimization and clean coding practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop modern, responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Convert Figma, UI/UX designs, wireframes and prototypes into pixel-accurate functional web pages.

Build responsive interfaces that work smoothly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Create clean, reusable and maintainable React components.
-
Develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.

Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

Work with Next.js features including routing, server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG) and dynamic rendering where required.

Optimize websites and applications for performance, page speed and Core Web Vitals.

Implement SEO-friendly frontend structures and follow technical SEO best practices for public-facing websites.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI across different screen sizes and devices.
-
Implement interactive UI elements, animations and transitions where required.

Identify and resolve frontend performance, usability and compatibility issues.
-
Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers and project teams to deliver complete solutions.

Review designs before development and identify potential usability or implementation issues.

Maintain clean, structured and version-controlled code using Git.

Participate in code reviews and follow frontend development standards and best practices.
Required Skills

5+ years of experience in frontend/web development.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.
-
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

Strong experience converting Figma/UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.
-
Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.

Strong understanding of React components, hooks, state management and component lifecycle.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling frontend API responses.

Good understanding of Next.js routing, SSR, SSG and performance optimization.
-
Experience with CSS frameworks/libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap or similar technologies.

Good understanding of browser developer tools and frontend debugging.

Experience with Git/version control.

Understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals and frontend SEO.
UI/UX Implementation Skills
The candidate is not required to be a dedicated UI/UX designer, but should have a strong visual understanding and be able to:

Accurately convert Figma designs into working webpages.

Understand spacing, typography, colors, grids, layouts and visual hierarchy.

Maintain consistency with the provided design system.

Identify obvious UI/UX issues during implementation.

Build polished interfaces without requiring detailed instructions for every small UI element.

Ensure designs remain visually consistent across different screen sizes.
Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript.

Experience with Tailwind CSS.

Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand or Context API.

Experience working with headless CMS or API-driven websites.

Understanding of authentication and authorization flows.

Experience with large-scale or content-heavy Next.js websites.

Knowledge of frontend testing and debugging tools.

Experience optimizing websites for Google PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals.

Basic understanding of deployment platforms and CI/CD workflows.
