About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing dynamic web applications, REST APIs, AI-integrated applications, and automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals, practical experience with modern Python frameworks, and the ability to integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, databases, and third-party services into real-world web applications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop dynamic, secure, and scalable web applications using Python.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain REST APIs.
- Build backend applications using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), Flask, or FastAPI.
- Integrate AI models, LLMs, and machine learning services into web applications.
- Work with APIs and services from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, and other AI platforms.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, knowledge-base applications, document-processing systems, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
- Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, logging, exception handling, and application security.
- Work with frontend developers to integrate Python APIs with React.js and Next.js applications.
- Design and manage databases, data models, and application workflows.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, testable, and well-documented code.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed, debugging, testing, and code quality.
- Deploy and maintain Python applications on cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST API development and third-party API integration.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Understanding of database design, queries, indexing, and ORM concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Ability to write unit tests, debug applications, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

AI/ML Experience
The candidate should understand how to:
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Generate, manage, and store embeddings using vector databases.
- Work with prompt engineering and structured AI outputs.
- Build AI chatbots, copilots, and knowledge-base applications.
- Process and extract information from PDFs, documents, and websites.
- Develop basic machine learning models and data-processing workflows.
- Integrate AI functionality into existing web applications and APIs.
- Manage AI API costs, response times, data privacy, security, and error handling.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of professional Python development experience.
- Experience developing and deploying real-world web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities.
- Good understanding of secure and scalable application development.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and project teams.
- Willingness to learn new AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with microservices and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
- Experience deploying Python applications on AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with RAG, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Experience working with vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
