Responsibilities:

1. Identify and analyze potential projects on the Upwork platform that align with Nextwebi's expertise and service offerings.
2. Craft persuasive and customized proposals tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each project.
3. Communicate effectively with clients through the Upwork messaging system to understand their objectives, address concerns, and provide clarifications.
4. Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and resources for proposal creation and project execution.
5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Maintain a proactive approach to client follow-ups and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance Nextwebi's competitive positioning.
8. Track and report on key metrics related to proposal submissions, client interactions, and project outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
2. Strong understanding of web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive writing style.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with the Upwork platform, including its features, policies, and best practices.
6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
