Leads Generation Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract and engage prospects.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their suitability for Nextwebi's services.
4. Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Nextwebi's offerings and generate interest.
5. Nurture relationships with leads by providing relevant information, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
