Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base through various channels.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
    • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise to provide exceptional value to clients.

 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
