Job Description.

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by regular followup & by giving product reference information.  
Maintains database by new business leads and existing customers.
Maintains quality service for each client project by following organization standards.  
Attending project meeting with Manager, taking minutes of the meeting, creating a proposal document.
Do follow up calls to understand their business status
Coordinating with internal team members for fast resolution of customer query
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. 
Managing the Office in the absence of MD
Attending customer Meetings on behalf of the organization 
Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Email, Answering Calls & Liaising with Clients Competently,
Managing Electronic Diary Planning & Organising Meetings.
Attending Meetings Taking Action Points & Writing Minutes, Preparing Papers for Meetings.
